By accessing or using MyCarListing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the site. This platform is optional, not oxygen.

2. Platform Role

MyCarListing is a vehicle listing and discovery platform only. We are not a dealership, broker, agent, escrow service, payment processor, or inspection service.

All listings are submitted by users. We do not guarantee accuracy, legitimacy, availability, pricing, vehicle condition, or seller identity.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Verifying vehicle details, ownership, and condition

Conducting inspections and background checks

Communicating with other users

Completing transactions safely and legally

Any transaction occurs directly between buyer and seller. MyCarListing is not involved and has zero responsibility once two humans decide to interact.

4. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCarListing is not liable for:

Financial loss

Fraud or scams

Misrepresentation

Vehicle defects

Personal injury or property damage

Disputes between users

Use the platform at your own risk. If something goes wrong, it’s between you and the other party.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

Impersonate others

Harvest user data

Use the platform for illegal activity

Attempt to bypass security or abuse the system

We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or ban users at our discretion.

6. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login details secure. Anything done under your account is your problem.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and functionality belong to MyCarListing. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it without permission.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where MyCarListing operates.
